If you would like to buy a product from our OTTOBRE -shop, you can simply pay by credit card. We accept Euro/Mastercard, Visacard and American Express -card. In Finland, instead of paying by credit card, you can also pay your order in advance to our bank account.

In order to safeguard your credit card information,we recomment to send your credit card number, name of the card holder and the expiry date of your credit card by fax (round the clock at fax: +358 - 16 - 4250 870)

Warranty

OTTOBRE considers itself to be a quality supplier and therefore its products are the highest standards of quality. If, however, a material or production defect has slipped through the net, please notify us of any obvious defects or damage in transport within seven days of receiving the goods. Otherwise the warranty claim is excluded.

If you have a warranty claim you are immediately entitled to rectification of the defects free of charge i.e. we will exchange the goods wholy or in part. If this is not done within a reasonable period of time, you may cancel the order.

Data protection

Data which is required for purchases is stored by OTTOBRE and, as part of the order process may, if necessary, be passed on to our associated firms. We do treat all personal data as strictly confidential.

Matters of law

In legal terms the listing of items and prices in the OTTOBRE -shop represents an invitation to tender (order). Unless we expressly confirm an order, it is only accepted by performance. OTTOBRE OY is your sole contractual partner. Goods remain the property of OTTOBRE OY until they have been paid for in full.

We shall not be liable for compensation of any kind except in the case of deliberate intent or gross negligence in the quality of our products. In all cases, the contract is exclusively subject to Finnish law.

Deliveries

Our aim is to process and deliver your order as rapidly as possible. If an item i temporarily out of stock, we shall let you know. You will then have the choice of waiting for our subsequent delivery or else you may cancel your order. In Finland, we usually deliver within 10 working days. In all other countries , we deliver within 15 working days, depending on the place of delivery.

We deliver your order to your home address or nearest post office. The invoice is always sent to the address on your order. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

We always send you a delivery confirmation before deliveries. There you can see the excact price of your order. The confirmation is made by e-mail or by fax.

Freight

Freight costs will be added to the price. Freight costs depend on the value of your order and the delivery address. Here are some examples about freight costs in Europe:

Right of return

OTTOBRE guarantees you a 14-day right of return after you have received your goods from the OTTOBRE -shop (with the exception of specially marked products). The process is simple! You send the unused goods within the specified time to:

All you need is a completed return slip - you'll find this enclosed with every delivery from the OTTOBRE-shop. We'll credit your credit card account with the purchase price that you paid. In Finland, in the case of cash payments, the purchase price (less postage charges) is refunded after the goods have been returned, by a transfer to your bank.
